These terms are an agreement between you and MBP Ventures Holdings ("we," "us," "our"), which operates FindOutMy. By using this site or any of our tools, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What FindOutMy is

FindOutMy provides free AI photo analysis tools. You upload or capture a photo, we send it to an AI model for analysis, and you get a result back. No account is required and we don't charge for the tools. How we handle your photo and data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Results are estimates, not facts or advice

Every result on this site is generated by an AI model and is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results are guesses. They can be — and often will be — wrong, inconsistent between uploads, or influenced by lighting, angle, and image quality rather than by anything real about the person in the photo.

Nothing on FindOutMy is medical, health, fitness, nutrition, mental health, psychological, dermatological, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Do not use a result to make a decision about your health, your body, your appearance, or anyone else's. If you have a concern in any of those areas, talk to a qualified professional.

Who can use FindOutMy

You must be at least 18 years old to use FindOutMy. Our tools are not directed at children or teenagers, and you may not upload photos of anyone under 18. By using the site, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Photos you upload

By uploading or capturing a photo, you confirm that:

  • The photo is of you, or you have permission from the person shown to upload it and have it analyzed.
  • You have the rights necessary to upload it, and doing so doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
  • You are not uploading a photo of anyone under 18, a photo taken without the subject's knowledge, or sexual, explicit, or otherwise unlawful content.

You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your photo solely to generate your result and operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy — and only for as long as described there. We don't use your photos to train AI models and we don't sell them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of other people to judge, rate, harass, humiliate, or profile them.
  • Use the tools to make decisions about anyone else — hiring, dating, lending, insurance, admissions, or anything similar.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the site, or use bots or scripts to submit uploads in bulk.
  • Attempt to interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks any law that applies to you.

We may limit, suspend, or block access to the site at any time if we believe it's being misused, and we may remove any upload or result at our discretion.

Our content

The site itself — its name, branding, design, text, and code — belongs to MBP Ventures Holdings and is protected by intellectual property law. You may share your own result however you like, but you may not copy, republish, or build a competing service out of our content without our permission.

Availability

FindOutMy is provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no promise that the site will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be accurate. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any tool — or the whole site — at any time without notice.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBP Ventures Holdings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your reliance on a result. Because the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to FindOutMy is limited to $100.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live, and where such law applies, the limitations above apply only to the extent that law permits.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers — including OpenAI for AI analysis and a cloud provider for hosting — to operate FindOutMy. Their own terms and policies apply to their handling of data, and we're not responsible for their services or for any third-party site we link to.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use FindOutMy after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules — except where the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between you and us are resolved, and it limits your right to go to court or take part in a class action.

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, email hello@findoutmy.com with a description of the problem and the relief you're seeking. We'll try to resolve it informally. Neither side may start an arbitration until 30 days after that notice.

Binding arbitration. If we can't resolve it informally, you and MBP Ventures Holdings agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to FindOutMy or these terms will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in Idaho or, at your election, remotely or in the county where you live. The arbitrator decides all issues except that a court decides whether the class action waiver below is enforceable. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Class action waiver. You and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim — and only that claim — must proceed in court rather than in arbitration.

Exceptions. Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either side may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property. Nothing here waives any right that can't be waived under the law that applies to you, and where mandatory consumer protection or arbitration law in your jurisdiction prohibits or restricts any part of this section, that part doesn't apply to you.

Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration and class action waiver section by emailing hello@findoutmy.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first using FindOutMy. Opting out has no effect on anything else in these terms and doesn't affect your use of the site.
